At N2 HIGH VOLTAGE, we offer mentorships for field employees, supervisors and company leadership. Mentorships provide coaching, training, opportunities to identify improvement and documented observations that are shared with your company's management, while maintaining the employees anonymity. Our mentor will visit yards, job sites, and division offices to conduct observations and interviews with employees during their normal workday. This liaison provides an opportunity for the information gathered to be shared with management, while providing an outlet for employees to provide open and honest communication without fear of reprisal. All findings are then disseminated through safety meetings and/or operation calls.
N2 High Voltage believes that the Mentorship Program is a valuable resource to our industry, providing for the advancement of our safety culture, as well as keeping the door of communication open between your management and crews. Providing positive reinforcement or constructive criticism, on the job training, the revision or creation of policies and procedures and effective coaching will strengthen your crews and will assist your strive for safety culture excellence!
